Stark Energy is pleased to announce the successful completion of another Asset Integrity Management service on the Air Receiver Vessel at Tema Fuel Company (TFC), as part of our regular testing procedures. Our team of experienced engineers carried out comprehensive tests to ensure the vessel remains in a safe and reliable condition.
The tests conducted included hydro-pressure testing, ultrasonic thickness gauging, and pressure gauge calibration. The hydro-pressure test involved filling the vessel with water and pressurizing it to a specified level to assess its strength and integrity. Ultrasonic thickness gauging was used to measure the vessel’s wall thickness, ensuring it meets the required operational specifications.
Additionally, our team calibrated the pressure gauge and pressure safety valve to prevent over-pressurization due to system failure. All tests were successful, confirming that the vessel is safe, reliable, and structurally sound.
The test results, including the test date, test pressure, and the next scheduled test date, were documented on the Hydro-pressure test certificate provided to the client. Calibration certificates for the pressure gauge and pressure safety valve were also issued.
At Stark Energy Limited, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality asset integrity
management services to our clients.
