Mobile Hydrotest Equipment for Hoses
Mobile Hydrotest Equipment for Hoses

Stark Energy Limited has ventured into mobile hydrotest equipment for hoses. We have been certified by the Factories Inspectorate to conduct this hydrostatic test. The test involves filling a hose with water and taking it to a pre-specified test pressure. While the test is going on, there are checks for leaks and expansion. After the hydrotest of a hose, there is also a test for electrical continuity to ascertain that the hoses are able to dissipate the required electrostatic charges. Every single tested hose assembly is identified with a sticker label which contains coded test date, test pressure, electrical resistance and the next test date. This information will also be on a test certificate which will be issued to clients after each test. Our test is conducted with a hydraulic test pump assembly, which can generate up to 29 bar test pressure. We can guarantee that if a hose passes our test, then it is safe to use for the next six months without burst.
