Advancing Safety & Efficiency , Successful Deployment of MannTek's DGC Design 2.0 at Quantum LPG Terminal and Matrix Energy

We’re excited to share the successful exchange for trial implementation of MannTek’s improved new Design 2.0 Dry Gas Couplings (DGC) at Quantum Terminals Limited (Tema) and Matrix Energy. This significant milestone aligns with our mission to deliver safer, more efficient, and more ergonomic gas transfer solutions.

𝐃𝐆𝐂 πƒπžπ¬π’π π§ 𝟐.𝟎 represents a major leap forward in both performance and usability. One of the most notable advancements is a flow capacity increase of over 45%, achieved through precise design optimization and verified through a series of rigorous flow rate simulations. This improved capacity not only reduces loading times but also contributes to lower energy consumption, making operations faster and more sustainable.

Ergonomics have also reached a new standard. The updated design includes clear visual alignment indicators, a compact cylindrical handle interface, and a completely re-engineered handle that reduces the coupling force by up to 40%. This allows for significantly more convenient, balanced, and effective handling, especially in confined or highly demanding environments. Operators immediately noticed reduced strain on muscles and joints during testing a testament to @MannTeks commitment to user-centered design.

Structurally, the product now features a fully integrated shape between the body, handles, and bumper, enhancing both strength and visual cohesion. The bumper has also been redesigned to guide and cover the roll axles, contributing to increased durability and operational confidence.

It is important to note, while many aspects of the coupling have been redesigned for improvement, MannTek has kept its easy-to-service architecture unchanged, preserving the maintenance friendly design our customers have come to love and trust.

This successful deployment at Quantum Terminals Limited and Matrix Energy aims to demonstrate not only the technical superiority of DGC Design 2.0 but also the practical benefits it brings to real world operations. Faster loading, easier handling, and improved durability, all delivered without compromising on safety or serviceability.

We extend our thanks to the teams at Quantum Terminals Limited and Matrix Energy for their collaboration and trust during this critical trial. This marks just the beginning of what MannTek 𝐃𝐆𝐂 πƒπžπ¬π’π π§ 𝟐.𝟎 can achieve across the industry.
