Keeping LPG operations safe starts with knowing your equipment is fit for service. Stark Energy Ltd recently completed on-site integrity testing of LPG hoses for 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 (TFC) using our unique mobile hydrotest rig, helping simplify logistics and support the return of tested hose assemblies to service. Afterall, why move equipment when the testing can be brought to you?
The scope covered hydrostatic pressure testing, visual inspection, and electrical continuity testing to assess hose integrity, identify visible defects, and verify electrical resistance. Following the assessment, test certificates were issued and coded identification labels applied with all key test details captured, including test pressure, electrical resistance, test date, and next test date.
This practical approach to asset integrity brings testing closer to the point of operation whilst optimizing operational readiness, supporting safer handling, traceability, and reliable LPG transfer equipment.
We appreciate TFC’s confidence in our technical services and remain committed to delivering practical integrity solutions for the sector.
